i would recommend checking out the Interview feedback db at accepted.

that should tell you about all you need to know about the ross interview. it was very standard, pretty relaxed...just know your resume, essays, goals, and the why mba, why ross, why now questions inside and out and you'll be fine.
do a mock interview with a ross contact if you can.
if it's telephonic, type out a summary to each question you anticipate and have it with you during the call.

I had my Ross interview last week with an adcom member. The questions asked were - Walk me through your Resume? How does an MBA fit in your goals? Why Ross? Why only you?
Total 20 minutes.
